Hamilton Bait and Tackle works extremely hard to provide quick and affordable shipping. All orders placed before 1:00pm EST will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Orders will only be shipped to the lower 48 states.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING
Hamilton Bait and Tackle is happy to offer free ground shipping on orders over $75 (See exceptions below). This offer is only valid in the contiguous United States and does not apply to Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Items with unusually large dimensions or weights, may be subject to a nominal freight charge. If you believe the item that you are ordering may be subject to a freight charge, please contact us at 513-869-BAIT (2248). We will be happy to provide you with an estimated shipping charge over the phone.
Rods and Combos, with order totals under $200 will have a $29.99 shipping charge. All orders over $200 will be shipped for FREE. Please note that if you order items other than rods, your items may ship separately and via different carriers. If your order is shipped via different carriers, it is likely they may arrive on different days. All tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.
We are happy to provide Express shipping (1-2 Business Day) for a price of $34.99. Rods are not available to be shipped Express for $34.99
Ground Shipping will be shipped by USPS or UPS. Hamilton Bait and Tackle reserves the right to use any of the three listed carriers.
Recently, shipping carries are unable to guarantee on-time delivery for most packages. Hamilton Bait and Tackle will do our best to utilize shipping carries that provide the fastest and safest shipping service.
If there are excessive shipping rates for any order, additional shipping may be added. Hamilton Bait and Tackle will contact you if there are any additional freight charges.
Signature Required Shipping (Recommended)
If you would like your shipment to require a signature when being delivered, there is a $3.50 fee. This is recommended due to the increase of package thefts across the United States. Please note that Hamilton Bait and Tackle is not responsible for packages taken from your address. Orders Less Than $75
All orders under $75 will be shipped via two options:
- Economy - $6.49
- Standard - $9.99
Orders shipped Economy will likely be shipped USPS and transit times can be up to 7 business day. Orders selected for standard shipping will likely ship UPS; however, in certain cases, orders will still be shipped USPS. Transit times for orders shipped UPS are usually less than 5 days.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchased items for a full refund excluding shipping charges, if applicable.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. All items that are to be returned must be in the original packaging and must be able to be resold as new.
If there are any discrepancies in the order you receive, you must report it to Hamilton Bait and Tackle within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To start a return, please call us at 513-869-BAIT (2248) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you receive a RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your receipt inside the package. Please mail the package to:

ATTENTION: If your order qualified for free shipping and you want to return the item, the amount of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you ship your package using a trackable method. Also, it is important to insurance your package for the full dollar amount. We will not be responsible for any damages during return shipping.
After we receive your return, our team will inspect the condition of the item. Please allow us seven (7) days from the receipt of your return to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 days to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by phone or email when your refund has been issued to you.
There are items that cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened and cannot be resold as "new" items
- Any special ordered items
- Any clothing or garments that have been laundered (washed)
Any items that have been used and are considered defective, must be returned through the manufacturer. All warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer and not Hamilton Bait and Tackle. If you need assistance in your return process, please give us a call and we will be happy to help.
If you have received an incorrect item at our mistake, we will exchange your item, and we will pay the return shipping.
There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Hamilton Bait and Tackle. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.
